2. Business use only

Huginnova is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession. Consumer protection rules that apply only to consumers do not apply to these terms. You confirm you have authority to bind the business you represent.

3. The service

Huginnova sends the prompts you configure to third-party AI assistants and AI search engines, stores their answers, and computes metrics, recommendations and reports from them. Features and limits depend on your plan as described on our pricing page. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period.

4. Nature of AI measurements

AI answers are generated by third parties, vary between runs, locations and over time, and may be inaccurate. Our metrics are statistical estimates from samples of those answers, reported with confidence intervals as described in our methodology. We do not control and cannot guarantee how any AI system describes or ranks you, nor any increase in visibility, traffic or sales. Recommendations are suggestions; you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the content you publish.

5. Accounts and team members

You are responsible for the accounts in your workspace, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under them. Workspace admins manage members, roles, settings and billing. Tell us promptly at hi@huginnova.com about any unauthorized use.

6. Free trial, subscriptions and payment

• New workspaces may start a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first period is charged.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are shown excluding VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Plan changes are prorated. You can cancel at any time from Billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for unused periods or partial months, except where required by law or expressly stated by us.
• If a payment fails we may suspend tracking after a reasonable grace period and notice. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, or harass or defame anyone;
• track prompts that contain personal data about individuals or sensitive data;
• attempt to access other workspaces, bypass limits, or interfere with the service or its providers;
• resell or provide the service to third parties except as client reporting allowed by your plan;
• use the service to build a competing product or to scrape it.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules, with notice where reasonable.

8. Your data

You keep all rights to the content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to operate the service, including sending prompts to AI providers. We process personal data contained in your content as your processor under our privacy policy and the data processing terms available on request at hi@huginnova.com. You can export or delete your content at any time.

9. White-label reports

On plans that include it, you may share reports with your own clients under your brand. You are responsible for your relationship with your clients and for the accuracy of anything you add to those reports.

10. Intellectual property

The service, software, design and documentation belong to Jiveal Desarrolladores S.L. or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation.

11. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, in particular because results depend on third-party AI providers that may change, limit or stop their services. Support is provided by email at hi@huginnova.com.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Term and termination

These terms apply while you have a workspace. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 15 days of notice. After termination we delete your content in line with our privacy policy; export anything you need before then.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the product. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Alicante, Spain, for any dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
